Nobody knows the Low Country Better!

Having recently joined Better Homes and Gardens Paracle Realty, Gretchen Voegeli comes with years of experience and knowledge. Prior to joining BHG, she sold new construction onsite for Forino Homes through BHHS in Hardeeville, SC where she was a top sales agent. Gretchen also sold real estate in Glenwood Springs, CO, and Naples Florida.  While in Naples, she sold homes onsite for a national builder and received several new home sales awards. Upon relocating to the Beaufort area 25 years ago, she was a mortgage loan officer for 7 years, and brings the added knowledge and understanding of the real estate mortgage industry.

Well traveled,  Gretchen grew up in Bonn, Germany and California, where she attended Saint Mary's College of California and received a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts. She has dedicated years of service to non-profit organizations such as the Red Cross, and continues to volunteer in help organizations within her community. Gretchen's dedication to helping others is a big part of her success in her real estate career as well!
